Our order process is specified as below, please check:
(1) Please advise our model number, your target quantity and product requirements, for example, wattage, color, beam angle, lamp holder, lamp chip and so on via email or fax, also you could  leave a message on our website then we will check accordingly and reply you with the requested price information, including shipping options and estimated lead time within 24 hours; We will help customers understand our products features and solve any problems regarding technique or any customer’s requirement about products.

(2) After discussion with customers, we both come to agree with the price and other order conditions and shipment way as well.

(3) Then we issue a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. The P/I has all the necessary order information, including product requested specification, delivery time and our banking information

(4) Customers arrange payment as per Proforma Invoice.

(5) We start production preparation after payment confirmation and arrange QC check when production is ready before shipment.

(6) Deliver the goods after getting customer’s shipment approval.

(7) Supply after-sale service for customer if needed.
